একসাথে বদলাই লামা, একসাথে গড়ি আগামীকাল l Support Lama families in Bandarban
Lama Development Foundation (LDF) operates through an integrated set of programs that combine livelihoods, skills training, emergency health care, tourism, and waste solutions. We believe in community-led change—empowering local people to be drivers of development.
Training local families in low-cost mushroom cultivation and spawn production — creating income and nutrition opportunities. Providing affordable solar lanterns, home systems, and irrigation pumps to bring clean energy to rural Lama. We will be producing compressed earth blocks (CEB) to provide eco-friendly, low-cost, and durable alternatives to burnt bricks.
Supporting women through skills training, micro-enterprise development, and leadership workshops
Organising ICT and vocational training, career guidance, and soft-skills sessions to prepare Lama’s youth for a better future.
Green Lama is our flagship green innovation project that combines waste management with sustainable livelihoods.
We collect community waste, separate it at source, and use the organic fraction to produce biogas for clean energy. The plastic waste is recycled and transformed into eco-friendly blocks, reducing landfill pressure and supporting local construction needs.
Healthy Lama is our community health project that ensures access to basic diagnostics and emergency medical care.
Through health camps, awareness programs, and rapid response support, we aim to make healthcare available and affordable for everyone in Lama.
Our Sustainable Tourism project promotes responsible travel that benefits local communities and protects Lama’s natural beauty. We develop eco-friendly tourism routes, train local guides, and encourage visitors to experience Lama’s culture while supporting its economy.
